What markets do you currently work on?
We are currently most present in Thailand, followed by Cambodia and Malaysia shortly. Our long-term plan includes expansion into the United States market, particularly the West Coast and Mid-West.
What is the minimum investment you work with?
Our minimum investment for partnership is $50,000 in USD or the particular market currency, such as Thai baht or Malaysian Ringgit. Please get in touch with us to discuss this in more detail.
Do you invest in residential real estate, like villas or condos?
No. This market segment is overcrowded, and we prefer to specialize in niche markets. However, we consider exceptional opportunities, particularly in the hospitality sector, with a minimal return of 6.5% APY before taxes and fees.
How do you ensure ownership rights for your investors?
EVX Holdings operates via several local subsidiaries, holding a significant portion of its equity stakes. Each of our Limited Partners receives equity in a particular managed entity or entities, considerate to his investment.
